Early Booking Protection
45 days or more before departure → 100% refund (no fee)
Standard Flexible Window
30–44 days before departure → 90% refund OR free reschedule
Moderate Commitment Window
15–29 days before departure → 80% refund OR 100% travel credit
Late Cancellation Window
7–14 days before departure → 70% refund OR reschedule
Final Stage
Within 7 days of departure → 50% refund OR reschedule option
To provide more flexibility, we offer a Travel Credit option.
Travel credit is valid for 24 months
Fully transferable to future trips
Can be gifted or reassigned (on request)
3. Change & Reschedule Policy
Free reschedule up to 30 days before departure
One-time free reschedule allowed within 30 days (subject to availability)
4. Operational Protection Clause
To ensure service quality and confirmed bookings:
Certain peak season dates may require partial prepayment commitment
Custom/private tours may have adjusted cancellation rules
5. Force Majeure Protection
In case of weather, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or natural events:
We will prioritize:
Free rescheduling
Travel credit (no expiry within 3 years)
Partial or full refund depending on service status
6. Third-Party Cost Policy
Only actual non-recoverable costs are excluded from refunds:
Hotel penalties
Confirmed permits or tickets
Private transport already booked
We always negotiate to minimize losses for travelers.
7. Refund Processing Time
Standard refunds: 5–10 business days
Travel credit: issued within 24 hours
